TRAINING WORKSHOPS

WORKSHOP ONE: WORKPLACE WELL-BEING

QUESTIONS TO PONDER:

  1. Ever thought about the different facets of work place well-being and how this affects your people and their personal lives?

  2. Why are bullying and toxic work environments so prolific and accepted here in New Zealand?

  3. What are the solutions and strategies to create well-being enabling productive, healthy work environments?

Rata believes that developing awareness and understanding of the human behavioural drivers of attitudes to workplace health and safety is critical in today’s disposable culture.

WHY? Because people are our greatest resource. And – by creating

a positive, safe and healthy environment for your people, this means

over time an increase in morale, better employee work-life balance which in turn, positively impacts your business.

SO THE QUESTION IS – Why don’t more people understand or care about this here in New Zealand?

CLIENT EXPERIENCES:

WORKSHOP TWO: COMMUNICATIONS AND BODY LANGUAGE SKILLS

QUESTIONS TO PONDER:

  1. Ever thought about how our personal and professional relationships are impacted by communication and body language?

  2. Why are bullying and toxic work environments accepted here in New Zealand?

  3. Why does New Zealand have major mental health issues?

Rata believes the way we communicate can either enhance or impair our interactions, relationships and future growth of our families, friendships and organisations.

Body language is also the unspoken language we all portray in conversations, which can make or break your personal relationships, company culture and the way your business is portrayed in the market place with existing and potential staff, clients and suppliers.

DO YOU HAVE A THIRST FOR KNOWLEDGE?

If so, through interactive participation – this event will be a worthwhile investment to build on your communication skills knowledge to understand how this relates to workplace culture and well-being + your personal life. This day will help you and your team’s style to enjoy better workplace communication and business success to lift overall well-being and productivity.
